Wisper ("we", "us", "the product"), developed by Seban Yazılım, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data when you use Wisper.
By using Wisper, you consent to the collection and use of your information under this policy.

Account Information
- Email address (account creation and authentication)
- Display name / username
- Profile photo (if provided)
- Google / Apple account info (when using social sign-in)
Usage Data
- In-product interaction, progress, and feature usage frequency
- Question and answer history, likes and interactions, anonymous nicknames, direct messages
- Performance, error, and crash reports
Device and Technical Data
- Device type and OS version
- Advertising identifier (for ad personalization)
- IP address and general geographic location
- Push notification tokens
Purchase Data
- In-app purchase history (processed through Apple App Store / Google Play / RevenueCat)
- Subscription status and renewal dates
3.How We Use Your Data
- Account Management: Account creation, management, authentication and security
- Product Functionality: Social features, personal stats, content recommendations
- Personalization: Customizing your experience, content suggestions, difficulty tuning

6.Data Retention
- Your data is retained while your account is active.
- After account deletion, personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
- Some data may be retained longer for legal compliance (billing 10 years, tax 5 years).
- Anonymized statistics may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
7.Data Security
- All data transmission is encrypted with SSL/TLS (HTTPS).
- Passwords are hashed with bcrypt/Argon2; never stored in plaintext.
- Row-Level Security (RLS) on all database tables.
- JWT-based authentication and session management.
- Regular security audits, penetration tests, and dependency scanning.
- Sensitive data (health, birth info, location) stored with additional encryption.
8.Children's Privacy
Wisper is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at omercakir@sebanyazilim.com.tr; the relevant data will be deleted within 7 days.
9.Your Rights Under KVKK / GDPR
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and EU GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about the processed data
- Know the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose
- Know third parties (in country/abroad) to whom data is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or incorrect data
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data
- Request that correction/deletion be notified to third parties
- Object to results of automated system analysis against you
- Claim compensation for damages from unlawful processing

10.Cookies and Local Storage
Wisper uses browser/device local storage (localStorage, AsyncStorage) for session management and user preferences. This data is stored locally on your device and can be deleted from device settings.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the product or email. Continuing to use the product after changes means you accept the updated policy.
