1.Acceptance of Terms
By using Vibrance ("the product"), you accept these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not accept, you must not use the product.
Seban Yazılım reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified in advance.
2.Service Description
Vibrance is a service provided by Seban Yazılım: Frequency Therapy — binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, breath rituals.. The scope, features, and availability of the service may change from time to time.
Certain features may require a paid subscription; these are clearly indicated within the product.
3.Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password.
- All activities under your account are your responsibility.
- Persons under 13 may not create accounts.
- Creating multiple accounts per person is prohibited (with clan/community exceptions).
- You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access to your account.
4.Acceptable Use
The following behaviors are prohibited:
- Sharing illegal, harassing, threatening, obscene, or defamatory content
- Infringing on others' intellectual property rights
- Reverse engineering or abusing the service
- Accessing the service via automated tools (bots, crawlers)
- Distributing spam, phishing, or malware
- Impersonating another person
- Manipulating scores/points through cheating
In case of violation, your account may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.
5.Intellectual Property
All elements such as the product, design, code, brand, logo and content belong to Seban Yazılım and are protected by copyright laws.
Content you share remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to operate the product.
6.Payment and Subscription
- Paid subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period; cancellation is via device settings.
- Refund requests are subject to platform provider (Apple/Google) policies.
- Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.
7.Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Seban Yazılım reserves the right to suspend or delete your account in case of violation.
After account deletion, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
8.Disclaimers
The product is provided "as is". No express or implied warranties are given. Vibrance is not a substitute for medical/professional advice.
The product is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seban Yazılım is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
Seban Yazılım's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the last 12 months (or 100 TRY for free users).
10.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in the Bursa Courts and Execution Offices.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
11.Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via the product or email. Continuing to use the product after changes are published means you accept the new Terms.
