3.Frequently Asked Questions
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. The action is irreversible; all your data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Tap the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen. A reset link is sent to your registered email.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription is managed via Apple App Store or Google Play. Go to your device settings > Subscriptions to cancel. After cancellation, your subscription stays active until the end of the period.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings > Privacy > Download My Data to download all your data in JSON format.
I encountered a bug, how do I report it?
Use the in-app "Send Feedback" button or write directly to omercakir@sebanyazilim.com.tr. If possible, share a screenshot and steps to reproduce.
How long do replies take?
We typically respond within 1–2 business days. KVKK requests are legally resolved within 30 days.
